Service Desk Access


At Cynergic are committed to providing our customers with the highest level of service and support.

So we can track and keep you up to date with your requests, we would like to provide you with the formal methods of contact to the relevant departments.

Web

If your account has been enabled for Web login please use our Service Desk login to check the status of your tickets.

Cynergic Service Desk Access

Email

To ensure your request is logged in our Service Desk tracking system we ask that you send all Email service requests to:

Email requests are automatically logged into our Service Desk Ticketing system.

A Service Engineer will either make direct contact with you for more information or resolve the issue and advise accordingly. If the person making the request does not work at the site we have information for then please ensure they have their contact details in their email.
 

Phone

If you do not have access to email, you may choose to call our Service Desk on 1300 364 163

A Service Desk Engineer will then log your call into the Service Desk Ticketing system and it will be assigned to a Technician to handle your request.
