Virtual Private Server - VPS
Your web site is provisioned on a dedicated high end Virtual Private Server (VPS) that attains a higher level of performance, customisation and security. If your business requires definitive performance and reliability then a dedicated VPS is the only way forward. Please note that these servers are not fully managed.
A dedicated VPS allows you to:
- You configure the box - Specify the required hardware and operating system that your server runs
- Security - You are able to specify the security control implemented on the server
- Complete control - Run your own backups, scripts or install your own software utilities and applications
Note: All Cynergic Virtual Servers run on Enterprise Level Tier 1 HP Hardware. Our storage arrays are populated with 15k RPM Serial Attached SCSI (SAS) drives in HP MSA enclosures ensuring ultra fast, reliable disk access.
We will provision the Server and load the required software including Operating System onto the server for you. As these VPS services are not managed it is the responsibility of the client to ensure the server is Security Patched, has it's software updated, is Backed up and protected against Web attacks and Virus like activity.
