How are we different? Cynergic is different for three very simple reasons
- Cynergic host all SMB and Enterprise Virtual servers on the same hardware specification - ProLiant Servers with high speed redundant MSA storage SANs. Cynergic also only use Enterprise grade Cisco communications hardware - you will not find this level of infrastructure used so widely in most Managed Service Providers supporting SMB clients
- All Cynergic staff members are technically proficient in either ISP or ICT Services. Should you contact us to log a support ticket or have a question, you will speak with someone who can talk tech and respond to your technical questions and requests in a manner that is both friendly and informative

2. Simple day to day minor issues that impact one user or a few users - Simple fixing of minor problems - New user creation - Resetting passwords for users

4. Client must have been on a Platinum support Agreement for a minimum of 2 consecutive years immediately preceding the upgrade and must agree to a further
1 year after the upgrade. All new hardware is purchased through Cynergic. The offer is only made available a maximum of once every 3 years. It does not cover
expansion or location moves.
