Our Small to Medium Business IP Telephony packages can be customised to suit your requirements. We typically use Polycom handsets (as do Telstra), they provide the best 'bang for buck'. The handset technology is feature rich. Handsets can be provisioned quickly and also configured on or offsite.

Call Rates
When considering the typical cost of a Telstra local call is 20c plus connection fee and Telstra mobile calls are ~70c per min plus conection fee you can easily see our VoIP call rates are dirt cheap - and with Polycom's Hi-Definition handsets they sound better too.
VoIP Handsets
IP Telephony handsets are quite sophisticated in their feature set and make their PABX counterparts look quite dated.
The Polycom handset range is feature rich at an affordable price. The IP550 model is the Managers choice with 4 lines and High Definition voice quality making it fantastic for conferencing or hands free operation. The IP 330 is the entry model that has outstanding voice quality yet still retains many of the IP550's business features.
